💻+🎁 Digital + Book Swag – We design, print, and ship (UK only) merchandise with your branding (eg bookmarks and pens) to bloggers (overseas shipping would incur additional charges). Prices will depend on merchandise requested.
💻+📦 Digital + Book Swag (Fulfilment only) – Authors provide their own merch, we handle packing & postage to bloggers (quotes on request)

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need a NetGalley link?
No, but you do need to provide an eARC (advance review copy). NetGalley is ideal, but we can also distribute PDFs or ePubs to our bloggers.
Can I send paperbacks?
Yes, you can! Please allow some extra time for postage so bloggers receive their copies in advance.
Do I need to be a member?
No — anyone can book a tour. However, members receive discounted rates and added perks, saving £15 on every package.
How are your prices calculated?
Our tour prices are made up of:
- Flat Design & Setup Fee – this covers graphics, scheduling, and admin.
- Per Blogger Fee – this covers the time and resources needed to recruit, brief, and coordinate each blogger.
For tours with a Book Swag Add-On, there are two further elements:
- Flat Design & Setup Fee – the cost of creating print-ready artwork and managing suppliers.
- Per Item Fee – the cost of producing, packaging, and posting each item to bloggers.
What happens if my tour doesn’t fully fill?
We always aim to recruit the full number of bloggers in your chosen package. If we fall short:
- The flat design & setup fees (for both digital and swag) are non-refundable, as this work and any print runs will already have been completed.
- The per blogger fee will be refunded or credited to you, reflecting the number of bloggers secured.
- For Book Swag Add-Ons, any items already produced but not distributed will be sent directly to you for your own promotional use.
How does the Book Swag option work?
With Book Swag, the prices shown in the table are starting prices. The final cost depends on the items you choose (e.g. bookmarks, postcards, mugs, tote bags). We’ll always confirm the exact price with you before booking so there are no surprises.
