How It Works

1. Join the Directory – tell us your genres and links.
2. Pick a Tour – pick a tour from the list below, fill in the google form & choose your preferred date via our booking link.
3. Get Your Assets – we’ll email the blurb, cover, author Q&A and ARC link.
4. Post on Your Date – review, spotlight or Q&A—your choice.
5. Tag & Share – please tag/invite as collaborator @AuthorEvents and the author so we can share your posts too.

FAQs

I don’t have time to read the book before the publication date, do I have to post a review?
No — reviews are never required unless a tour is clearly marked as “Review Only.”

We offer different types of tours to suit different timelines and availability:

• Review Only Tours – bloggers are invited to post a full review.
• Book Spotlight Tours – no review required. Posts may include cover reveals, blurb features, author interviews, Q&As, extracts, or social media spotlights.
• Review & Book Spotlight Tours – bloggers can choose whether to post a review or a feature post.

For last-minute or time-sensitive campaigns (such as publication week), tours may run as Book Spotlight Tours only. In these cases, we’re grateful for any support bloggers can offer to help spread the word about the book.

Do I have to post at a specific time?
No—any time on your booked date is perfect.

What if I need to change date or can’t post?
Please email us ASAP so we can swap dates or convert to a spotlight.

Can I join if I’m outside the UK?
Yes! Most tours are open internationally for e-ARCs. Physical mail is usually UK-only.

Do I need to publish on a blog?
Instagram/TikTok/YouTube posts are welcome—just include the cover, short thoughts, and links.
