Humorous women’s fiction – Embla Books :

Scott sees his first wife and their children more than Marie and their daughter. She longs for them to be a happy, blended family, but his ex-wife refuses to let the two families meet.
Marie decides to find his ex and prove that she’s a decent person.
But Scott’s asked her to let him handle it, so she must be discreet. Which is difficult with her mum, aunt and cousin ‘helping’, as they don’t understand the meaning of discreet.
Marie’s determined to make it work, ideally without getting publicly humiliated, arrested or divorced.
Shortlisted for Comedy Women in Print prize.
